Learn core strengthening to help relieve back pain
If you have a sore back, this class will help you learn how to strengthen your core using Pilates and spinal strengthening exercises. The class is supervised and suitable for any age and ability.
Classes are run by an experienced exercise physiologist and Pilates instructor
Classes have a maximum of 8 people only
Learn how to reduce back pain
Increase capacity of core, pelvic floor muscles
Improve posture endurance
Enhance spinal mobility
Strengthen lumbar and neck musculature
Come once a week or twice a week (recommended)
Pay for the class online. When you attend the class afterwards you will be emailed a receipt for your health fund to claim any rebate.
